About BCCD
The British Chamber of Commerce Dubai (BCCD) plays a vital role in fostering business relationships between the UK and UAE. BCCD's Initial Challenges
Some of the IT challenges BCCD were facing included, system downtimes that disrupted workflows, lack of proactive maintenance resulting in unexpected technical issues, difficulty managing multiple IT vendors and inefficient communication and collaboration tools.
If these issues were not addressed by Kew Solutions, they could have hindered the BCCD’s ability to provide uninterrupted support to its members, staff productivity would have been affected, and there could have been data security risks.
